Creep, RADIOHEAD

A 90’s 4-chord, epic strummer. A must-learn repetitive rhythm classic.

In today’s guitar lesson we are doing an acoustic version of Radioheads Creep. What a tune.

I have done this version with the capo on fret 3 to give us some open chord options.   I have started off with a more simple chord pattern and then added in the sus4 chords to create the effect you hear in the recording.

Time Signature: 4/4

Capo: 3

THE SONG

Chords:

Basic chords

Added sus4 shapes

Chord Sequence & Rhythm (basic chords):

The following sequence plays throughout the whole song.  To keep it interesting try varying the volume (dynamics) – eg quieter Verses / louder Choruses

Added sus4 chords sequence:

The following sequence adds in the sus4 notes to each chord so you make quick changes between the two. This is as the actual recording plays.

Song Structure:

INTRO | VERSE 1 |  VERSE 2 | CHORUS | VERSE 3 |  VERSE 4 | CHORUS | BRIDGE | VERSE 5 | CHORUS
